Democracy takes all of us—and there are countless ways to get involved in building a stronger Democratic community in Bell County. Whether you enjoy talking with voters, creating events, working behind the scenes, putting your creative talents to work, or simply lending a helping hand, we have a place for you!
Here are just a few of the ways you can make a difference:
Poll Greeters
Poll Greeters stay outside polling places and answer questions or hand out candidate literature
Poll Watchers
Poll Watchers are appointed by the candidates to go inside the polling place and observe and report any irregularities
Phone Bankers
Phone bankers are people willing to make phone calls to likely democratic voters to spread the Democratic message
Blockwalkers
Block walkers go door to door to a list of likely Democratic Voters to help get out the Democratic message
Voter Registration (VDR)
VDRs are volunteers who go into the community to help register voters or answer voter questions
Event Planner
Event planners help us to plan Democratic Events out in the community
